After reading other reviews about this product, I made sure to read the instruction booklet carefully. Everything went very well. The one thing that I noticed is that it looses a bit of heat when it's open. So the cook times were often longer than it suggested in the booklet. It was still quick and efficient. The sandwich plates are small - not thick so even a ham and cheese sandwich on regular bread leaked. The Pizzelles and waffles turned out nice. The plates are easy to switch, clean and they do not go in the dishwasher which really isn't neccessary if you clean them each use.

InterBake3 two square multibaker comes with interchangeable plates for Belgian waffles, pocket sandwiches and pizzelles. Non stick coating for easy clean up. Self adjusting hinge for varying thicknesses. Plates are dishwasher safe. Automatic temperature control and ready light to let you know when the iron is ready to bake. Cool touch handles. Spill trough. Chrome housing.Three sets of interchangeable grids allow this 3-in-1 appliance to make two waffles, pocket sandwiches, or thin, crisp Italian pizzelle cookies equally well. The grids snap in and out easily, are nonstick, and go safely into the dishwasher. The waffle grids bake 4-1/2-inch-square Belgian waffles with deep pockets. The sandwich grids accommodate sandwiches of various thicknesses thanks to the multibaker's floating hinge. The pizzelle grids bake 4-1/2-inch-diameter cookies embossed with intricate patterns on top and bottom. The multibaker's handles and housing, which combines matte silver and bright black plastic for a sleek, contemporary look, stay cool during operation. For storage, the multibaker stands on end and has a cord-wrap on the bottom. It measures 11 inches wide, 4 inches high, and 10 inches deep and carries a one-year warranty against defects.
