Kitchen and Housewares Reviews of VillaWare V6300-12 12-Inch Classic Electric Skillet with Nonstick CoatingCustomer Review: VillaWare 12-inch Electric Skillet Nonstick Summary: 5 Stars
This VillaWare skillet is a "must have" for everyone. I love VillaWare products and have had a VillaWare Waffle Iron for over 15-years and it still looks good and cooks as it first did. I would definately give this Skillet to family and friends as a gift and I will be purchasing a second one for my kitchen. It cooks evenly and keeps foods warm until time to serve. Easy to clean and store. Love it !!
Description of VillaWare V6300-12 12-Inch Classic Electric Skillet with Nonstick CoatingThe classic 12" electric non stick skillet has 1000 watts of power. Tempered glass lid for easy viewing of food and stainless steel body construction. Removable temperature probe with adjustable settings. Ready light, and premium Excalibur non stick coating. Stainless steel handles secured with steel riveting. Dishwasher safe. Packing 1,500 watts of cooking power, this beautiful, 12-inch electric skillet is ideal for family cooking and entertaining. It's made of heavy-gauge (0.9 mm), 18/10 stainless steel so it retains it's mirror-finish luster even after repeated trips through the dishwasher, where it's safe after the temperature control has been removed. The interior is coated with exceptionally durable, stainless-steel- reinforced Excalibur nonstick for low-fat cooking and easy cleaning. The control adjusts to temperatures ranging from 200 degrees F (for serving, say, pasta at the table) to 400 degrees F (for browning and cooking, say, pork chops with sauerkraut). The skillet's lid is made of tempered glass so cooking progress can be monitored without releasing heat. Two riveted, polished, cast-stainless-steel handles permit the skillet to be carried from kitchen to table, where the skillet makes a handsome serving piece. Sturdy feet under the skillet protect counter and table surfaces. The skillet carries a one-year warranty against defects. --Fred Brack
